Building

We build new structures from the foundation right up to the finishing of the roof. New builds are built to last and we ensure that all stages of the construction process are followed according to the design, that materials are used correctly and that construction methods are followed accurately.

Renovations

We offer renovation services such as addition of storeys to existing structures, extension of existing structures, e.g. the addition of a bedroom, conversion of existing structures, e.g. the conversion of a garage to a flatlet, and remodeling of building features, e.g. bathrooms and kitchens.

Maintenance

We maintain structures to ensure the continuation of a structures functionality and upkeep of aesthetics. These services include tiling, flooring, roofing, ceilings, paving, structural crack repairs, painting, waterproofing and installations.
